About the Role Were looking for a talented Visual/UX Designer to join our design team and lead user experience and interface design across our web presence and marketing assets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams – product, marketing, and engineering – to create seamless, user-centric web experiences that reflect our brand, drive engagement, and convert visitors into users or customers. Key Responsibilities Support the marketing team by creating impactful designs for various channels, including the website, marketing campaign materials, microsites, social media assets, and marketing emails. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and After Effects). Ensure UX consistency across all digital touchpoints, including email, social, and paid media creatives. Expanding the Brand: Enhancing our efforts with our design system by creating more scalable and consistent assets that function across all touchpoints. Analyze website performance (heatmaps, GA, A/B tests) to identify UX improvements. Ensure all visual assets adhere to FluidCloud’s brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design or relevant experience 5+ years of experience designing in a digital creative agency or client-side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus A standout portfolio demonstrating sophisticated web design projects, thoughtful art direction, impactful illustrations, and elegant marketing collateral. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow (nice to have), or similar tools. Experience designing compelling websites and marketing assets that adhere to accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate concepts, ideas, and creative decisions to stakeholders Bonus Points For Experience designing for developer-focused products or technical audiences Motion graphics or animation skills Ability to write or improve microcopy and UI text. The role is ideal for someone who understands finance and legal frameworks and is equally comfortable navigating enterprise tools like Salesforce for reporting, automation, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and audits. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Compliance & Regulatory Manage all corporate compliance obligations under Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws. Handle board governance, ROC filings, and corporate secretarial matters. Taxation & Audit Supervise tax planning, GST, TDS, and direct/indirect tax filings. Liaise with auditors and ensure statutory and internal audit readiness. Salesforce Reporting & Integration Configure and use Salesforce for financial and compliance tracking. Work closely with IT and business teams to automate financial workflows. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with founders, investors, legal, and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with funding covenants, legal documentation, and due diligence requirements. Required Skill Set: Professional qualification: CPA (US) , CA , or CS (One or more combinations preferred) Strong understanding of Indian and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, especially for financial analytics, workflow management, and automation Knowledge of taxation , statutory compliance , and corporate law Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (ERP tools are a plus) Excellent communication and documentation skills
