Position Description : Attentive.ai is looking for a Visual Design Intern to support the Marketing team in creating engaging and impactful visual content for our B2B SaaS products. This internship offers the opportunity to work across multiple channels and formats, contributing to real-world campaigns and brand initiatives. Were looking for a creative individual who can understand design briefs, collaborate with various stakeholders, and translate ideas into visually compelling designs that connect with our target audience. Roles & Responsibilities : As a Visual Design Intern at Attentive.ai, you will support our Global Demand Generation and Brand initiatives under the guidance of the Creative Design Lead. You ll be part of a fast-paced, high performing, and collaborative marketing team where your contributions will directly impact brand perception and engagement across various digital and offline platforms. Assist in developing visually compelling design assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, presentations, landing pages, emails, ads, and more. Help maintain visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Support the creation of reusable design templates for different formats to help improve turnaround time and content scalability. Participate in brainstorming sessions and help translate ideas into visual mockups, assets, or prototypes. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table. Collaborate closely with the content, product marketing, and events teams to bring campaigns to life through well-crafted visual storytelling. Apply feedback constructively from senior designers and marketing stakeholders. Maintain and organize asset libraries and design files for efficient access and reuse. Required Skills & Experience: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and an understanding of digital formats. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma. A keen eye for detail, color, layout, and typography. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Excellent Project Management skills and attention to detail.
