  Visual Creator & Growth Hacker

  who can design stunning visuals, edit thumb-stopping reels, and has an eye for what goes viral. If you live and breathe memes, AI design tools, and social content — this one’s for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design

  creative assets

  for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and the website
• Edit

  short-form videos and reels

  with engaging hooks, clean transitions, and fast-paced storytelling
• Build

  motion graphics

  , animated carousels, explainers, and storyboards
• Maintain

  visual consistency

  across platforms using Figma/Canva/Adobe Suite
• Leverage

  AI tools

  (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, ElevenLabs) for generating graphics, voiceovers, or animations
• Keep up with

  meme culture, trends

  , trending sounds, and digital formats
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and help crack the code on

  viral educational content

• Manage and organize creative assets, templates, and libraries

Requirements

Working knowledge of:

• Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut/Final Cut

• Motion graphics tools

  and short-form video editing
• Must be familiar with or have worked on:

• AI-based creative tools

  like Runway, Midjourney, D-ID, ElevenLabs, Pika, Leonardo

Strong understanding of:

• Social media growth patterns

• Instagram Reels/Shorts trends
