About Us

We’re a fast-growing startup reshaping how people learn and grow through holistic education—focusing on emotional, creative, and cognitive development across age groups (6 to 50 years).

We’re looking for a Visual Content Creator who is skilled in generative AI image creation, generating creative visuals using AI tools, design platforms, and also has the ability to contribute to the content creation process. If you can think visually, generate engaging formats with stunning outputs using tools and AI prompt crafting, and turn developmental concepts into powerful imagery and concise content—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Use platforms like Canva, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Suite, etc. to create unique, imaginative and meaningful visuals
• Craft detailed, creative prompts for generative AI tools to bring abstract or educational concepts to visual life
• Collaborate closely with the content team to shape visual direction and layout based on written ideas
• Contribute to content creation—including crafting short descriptions, headlines, and captions that align with the visuals
• Design visual formats for age-diverse content: interactive activities, learning cards, infographics, digital tasks, and campaigns
• Translate abstract concepts like empathy, critical thinking, or self-awareness into creative visual and content formats
• Stay on top of visual trends in youth education, digital storytelling, and AI-based design

What We’re Looking For

• Strong visual portfolio featuring creative design work and AI-generated images
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling AI prompts that translate ideas into specific, visually rich images
• Some experience or comfort with content writing—especially short-form copy, activity instructions, or learning content
• Ability to take creative briefs and turn them into complete content + visual assets
• Strong design aesthetics, adaptability across age groups, and attention to detail
• Bonus: Background in education, storytelling, or youth programs

Selection Process

• Interview – to explore visual thinking, storytelling approach, and platform experience
• Creative Sample Submission – Submit a small set of visuals + short content based on a brief
