Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Central Delhi

Experience Required

• 0.5 – 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing or Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for education/events can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Outreach
• Support senior team members in identifying and reaching out to schools for workshops & programs.
• Assist in setting up meetings, preparing proposals, and maintaining client databases.
• Marketing Support
• Help in creating and executing basic marketing campaigns — offline visits, digital promotions, WhatsApp & email marketing.
• Coordinate with designers to create simple marketing collateral on tools like Canva.
• Event Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing school events, workshops, and competitions.
• Handle logistics such as materials, schedules, and on-ground coordination.
• CRM & Reporting
• Update and maintain records on HubSpot or Excel sheets.
• Prepare basic reports on sales calls, client feedback, and event performance.
• Team Assistance
• Work closely with senior associates to learn how to manage client relationships and close deals.
• Take ownership of smaller projects or activities as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

• Good verbal & written communication (English & Hindi).
• Energetic personality, comfortable in field visits to schools.
• Basic understanding of marketing & sales.
• Willingness to learn tools like HubSpot CRM, Canva, and Excel.
• Creative thinking to suggest new ideas for student engagement.

Qualification

• Graduate degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.).
• Interested in marketing, sales, events, or education sector.

Compensation

• ₹4,00,000-₹5,00,000 (depending on experience) + incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
