(Video Motion Graphics & Graphic Designer)

The Team:

The Marketing and Branding team is responsible for creating an impactful brand for Acies Global in the digital transformation space. The Visual Content Creator will be responsible for producing and designing content for Acies Global across different social platforms and translating the vision of the leadership, brand and the business to different kinds of audience.

While staying updated on the trends and patterns of effective contemporary communications would be an invaluable skill to have, it is the inherent ability to pick up different facets of skills required to design and produce high quality content would make one effective in this role.

What you'll do:

Video Editing & Motion Design

• Record videos and produce high-quality content required for social platforms and promotion.
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for interview recordings, branded videos, and social-first content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create eye-catching motion graphics, title sequences, and infographic animations using After Effects or similar tools.
• Add sound design elements music, voiceovers, sound effects, and transitions — to elevate storytelling.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for multi-platform use (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design stunning creatives for social media posts, thumbnails, one-pagers and presentations aligned with product/platform goals.
• Create visual assets for client decks, case studies, and internal marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Maintain and implement brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints to ensure a cohesive brand identity.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Branding and BD teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design and editing tasks with speed and consistency under tight timelines.

What we're looking for:

Core Skills

-

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing tools.

- Proficiency in motion design software (After Effects, Blender, etc.).

- Firm grasp of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).

- A solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand aesthetic.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Background

- Deep understanding of social platform specifications — aspect ratios, video compression, formatting, and performance-led visuals.

- UI/UX Design – nice to have.
