Job Description

Varsha Handicraft

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design & Production

Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, online ads, and marketing materials.
Translate brand stories into engaging visuals that resonate with targeted audiences.
Ensure design consistency across all platforms while exploring fresh, creative approaches.

Video Editing & Visual Storytelling

Edit raw footage into polished video content for social media, campaigns, and lookbooks.
Work with color grading, transitions, sound design, and timing to produce impactful short-form and long-form content.
Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and artisan stories through video narratives.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a strong design sense and a passion for visual storytelling.
Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Understands the aesthetics of clothing, slow fashion, and handmade products.
Can collaborate with the brand team to understand the mood and message of each campaign.
Is open to experimentation, fast-paced tasks, and learning in a start-up environment.
