Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons to students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  
• Develop curriculum materials, assessments, and evaluations for visual arts courses.
  
• Maintain a well-organized classroom environment that fosters creativity and inspires student engagement.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate art with other subjects.
  
• Provide individualized feedback to students on their artwork and progress.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience as an Art/Visual Arts teacher or related field (freshers can apply).
  
• Strong knowledge of various art techniques, mediums, and styles (e.g., drawing, painting, sculpture).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective instruction and collaboration with colleagues.
  
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learners' needs (e.g., special education).
  
• Proficiency in using technology integration tools in the classroom setting.
