Key Responsibilities: Teach Visual Arts to students in Grades 11-12, following the IBDP and/or IGCSE curriculum. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Encourage and support student creativity, experimentation, and critical thinking. Guide students in the development of their individual art projects and portfolios. Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations, ensuring academic excellence. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback. Organize and participate in art exhibitions, school events, and extracurricular art activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the artistic growth of each student. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into cross-curricular learning initiatives. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of visual arts and international education. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Visual Arts or Fine Arts from a recognized institution. Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience in Grades 1112. Experience in teaching IBDP and/or IGCSE Visual Arts is mandatory . Strong portfolio of personal or student artwork is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Passionate about student-centered learning and artistic expression. Ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Familiarity with digital tools and techniques used in visual arts education is an advantage. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of prior experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for the pastoral care and well-being of boarding students. This position plays a vital role in supporting students physical, emotional, and social development in a safe and nurturing residential environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary caregiver for students in the dormitory, ensuring their safety, well-being, and discipline. Foster a homely and inclusive atmosphere in the boarding house that supports students personal and academic growth. Provide emotional support and guidance to students, and address their day-to-day needs with empathy and care. Liaise closely with academic staff, counsellors, and parents to monitor student progress and behaviour. Supervise daily routines including wake-up, meals, prep time, lights out, and recreational activities. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of dormitory facilities in coordination with housekeeping. Maintain accurate records, including attendance, medical needs, and behavioural reports. Enforce school and boarding house rules while maintaining a positive and respectful environment. Support during school events, outings, emergencies, or late-night needs as required. Candidate Profile: Minimum 45 years of experience in a similar pastoral care or residential life role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written). Warm, approachable , and highly organized with the ability to handle adolescent concerns sensitively. Strong leadership, crisis management, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the larger boarding team. Willingness to live on campus and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education, a passion for inquiry-based learning, and 3-5 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten. Prior experience with the IB PYP curriculum will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate holistic development of learners in line with the IB PYP philosophy. Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote inquiry, exploration, and concept-based learning. Maintain a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student autonomy and confidence. Support the development of students academic, emotional, and social skills.
