Job Opportunity: Visiting Engineers – Surat Location Company: Jain Consultancy Services Location: Surat, Gujarat About Us: Jain Consultancy Services is a leading firm specializing in property valuation and engineering consultancy for banks, financial institutions, and individual clients. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated and experienced Visiting Engineers to join us in Surat. Position: Visiting Engineer (Site/Field Visits) Note: Only candidates with relevant experience may apply. Key Responsibilities:Conduct property and site visits for valuation and technical inspections. Collect and verify on-site data (measurements, photos, and other details) as per company standards. Coordinate with technical and drafting teams to finalize valuation reports. Ensure timely completion of assignments as per given schedules. Maintain accurate records of site visits and daily activities. Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and internal teams. Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines during fieldwork. Eligibility:Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering or a related field. Only experienced candidates will be considered. Strong observation and communication skills. Willingness to travel within Surat and nearby areas. Own vehicle required (petrol allowance provided as per company policy). Benefits:Petrol allowance will be given extra as per assignment. Accidental insurance coverage will be provided after successful completion of a 3-month probation period. 45 days’ notice period is required in case of job resignation.
