Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from Meta, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp & walk-ins
  • Counsel clients on tourist and business visa requirements for various countries
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Provide accurate pricing, process guidance, and timelines to clients
  • Coordinate with the operations team for file processing post-sale
  • Maintain CRM records and report daily lead status to the sales manager
  • Stay updated with latest visa regulations and changes in embassy procedures

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in visa/tour sales (preferably B2C)
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of Schengen, UK, USA, and other visa categories
  • Graduate in any field (Travel/Tourism preferred)
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,165.77 per month
