Responsibilities

• Correspond with applicants to request additional information or documentation when necessary, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the process.
• Process and input applicant information into the appropriate systems, maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Evaluate student visa eligibility based on the immigration checklist made for the purpose.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and resolve any application-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to visa applications professionally and promptly.
• Monitor application timelines and track progress, ensuring that applicants are informed about the status of their applications.
• Assist in the development and improvement of visa processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain the security of all applicant data.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or above and at least three years of relevant experience are necessary

• The ability to interpret immigration policies and document information sheets is a must.
• A strong interest in student visa services and application processes is a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
