Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer located in Noida. The Visa Officer will be responsible for assisting students in obtaining visas, addressing immigration issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Daily tasks include providing personalized customer service, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, and effectively communicating with students and stakeholders. The role also involves handling documentation, reviewing applications, and offering timely support and guidance throughout the visa application process.

• Complete understanding of Visas filling and Immigration Issues
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle documentation and review applications
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
