Assist clients with visa application processes, including guidance on required documentation. Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy. Prepare, organize, and submit visa applications to relevant authorities. Maintain accurate client records and track application status. Communicate proactively with clients to update them on their application progress. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of submissions. Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation. Provide excellent customer service and address client queries promptly. Skills Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office, email correspondence, and database management. Customer Focused: Strong commitment to providing an exceptional client experience. Administrative Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation processes is a plus.
