Visa Officer

As a Visa Consultant at Riya Tours and Travels, your main role will be to assist clients with visa applications for various countries such as USA, UK, Canada, NZ, and European Countries. This includes ensuring that all required documents are complete and accurate, monitoring the status of visa applications, and providing timely updates to clients. You will also be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing solutions to visa-related issues, and maintaining accurate records of all visa applications and client interactions. It is essential to stay informed about changes in visa regulations and update clients and colleagues accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with visa applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate - Have experience in Visa Process, preferably for USA, UK, Canada, NZ, and European Countries - Monitor the status of visa applications and provide clients with timely updates - Address client inquiries and provide solutions to visa-related issues - Maintain accurate and confidential records of all visa applications and client interactions - Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and update clients and colleagues accordingly - Demonstrate proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry - Have a strong understanding of visa application processes for multiple countries - Possess excellent communication skills Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry - Strong understanding of visa application processes for multiple countries - Excellent communication skills If interested in this full-time position, kindly share your CV at sneha.hule@riya.travel.
