Visa Officer

As a Visa Consultant at Riya Tours and Travels, your role involves assisting clients with visa applications for various countries including USA, UK, Canada, NZ, and European countries. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all required documents for visa applications are complete and accurate. - Monitoring the status of visa applications and providing timely updates to clients. - Addressing client inquiries and resolving visa-related issues. - Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all visa applications and client interactions. - Staying informed about changes in visa regulations and updating clients and colleagues accordingly. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry. You are expected to have a strong understanding of visa application processes for multiple countries and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry. - Strong understanding of visa application processes for multiple countries. - Excellent communication skills.
