To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for a background in Travel or Tourism. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential for this position. Proficiency in MS Office and online portals will be beneficial in carrying out your duties effectively. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, tracking application statuses, and promptly updating clients on progress.
