Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, located in Gandhinagar. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients during their visa application process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, preparing and reviewing visa documentation, coordinating with immigration authorities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role also involves staying updated on the latest immigration policies and providing clients with accurate information.

• Excellent counseling and communication skills
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing visa documentation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to provide accurate information on immigration policies and procedures
• Experience in coordinating with immigration authorities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in visa counseling or immigration services is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse clients
