Key Responsibilities: Counsel walk-in clients and follow up with online leads Verify client interest and eligibility over phone calls Explain immigration and visa processes clearly for various countries Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients Generate and forward qualified leads to registered immigration consultants Ensure proper documentation and maintain client records Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
