This role involves handling walk-ins, following up with online leads, and verifying interest and eligibility over phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Counsel walk-in clients and follow up with online leads Verify client interest and eligibility over phone calls Explain immigration and visa processes clearly for various countries Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients Generate and forward qualified leads to registered immigration consultants Ensure proper documentation and maintain client records Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment. Requirements: 1–2 years’ experience in visa counseling, client service, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident phone etiquette and the ability to follow scripts or frameworks Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling) Professional appearance and demeanor Prior experience in immigration services is a plus Show more Show less
