Job Description

As a Visa Counselor, you will be responsible for meeting and counseling clients interested in immigration to various countries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your sales experience to generate prospects through phone calls and converting them into enrolled clients. - Conducting in-person counseling sessions with walk-ins to the office for overseas opportunities and profile assessments. - Meeting sales goals and targets, negotiating with clients, understanding and addressing customer needs, planning sales strategies, and building strong relationships. - Keeping records of client data and updating them in the CRM Portal. - Listening to customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and effectively closing sales. - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails. - Arranging meetings with potential customers to explore new business opportunities. - Leading a team and sharing best practices with colleagues. - Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to address queries and secure enrollments. - Making outbound calls to explain products and services, aiming to generate appointments. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and fostering positive working relationships with clients.
