Visa Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa procedures and requirements for different countries.

Assist clients in preparing visa application documents, ensuring completeness and correctness.

Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility for various visa types (student, tourist, business, etc.).

Guide clients through the end-to-end visa process, including form filling, appointment booking, and payment procedures.

Keep up to date with changes in visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and immigration laws.

Prepare clients for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing key tips.

Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa facilitation services (e.g., VFS, TLS).

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application statuses.

Follow up with clients post-application to ensure satisfaction and further assistance if needed.

Support marketing or outreach efforts for visa counseling services when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred fields: international relations, education, business, etc.).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of visa procedures for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen Zone, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous experience in education consultancy, travel agencies, or immigration law firms.

Familiarity with student visa processes and university admissions.

Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹10,782.88 - ₹25,000.00 per month
