Job Description – CounsellorCompany: Golden Visa Immigration Position Overview:Golden Visa Immigration is seeking a professional and client-focused Counsellor to guide individuals and families through the visa and immigration process. The ideal candidate will provide personalized consultation, assess client eligibility, and recommend the most suitable immigration options while ensuring a smooth and transparent process. Key Responsibilities:·        Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to prospective clients regarding visas, immigration, and relocation options. ·        Assess clients’ profiles, eligibility, and requirements to suggest the best immigration pathways. ·        Explain processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and policies clearly to clients. ·        Assist in preparing and reviewing application forms, supporting documents, and case files. ·        Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on application progress. ·        Coordinate with internal departments (legal, telecalling, and documentation teams) for case processing. ·        Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and country-specific policies. ·        Build trust-based relationships with clients by providing accurate and ethical guidance. ·        Meet monthly counselling and conversion targets as per company goals. Qualifications and Skills:·        Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law, Management, International Relations, or related fields). ·        Previous experience in counselling, immigration consulting, or customer-facing roles preferred. ·        Strong knowledge of visa categories, immigration procedures, and documentation. ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Hindi required; additional languages are a plus). ·        Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism. ·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ·        Goal-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
