Job Description – TelecallerCompany: Golden Visa Immigration Position Overview:Golden Visa Immigration is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our immigration services, and assisting them with initial queries. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain immigration services and programs. ·        Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding visa and immigration processes. ·        Maintain a database of client information, leads, and follow-ups. ·        Schedule appointments and connect clients with immigration consultants or counselors. ·        Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication. ·        Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and contribute to the company’s sales goals. ·        Handle client objections politely and effectively, guiding them towards solutions. ·        Maintain confidentiality of client data and ensure ethical practices. Qualifications and Skills:·        Minimum 12th pass or graduate degree preferred. ·        Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar role (immigration/consultancy experience is a plus). ·        Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional/international languages is an advantage). ·        Persuasive, confident, and customer-oriented approach. ·        Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. ·        Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
