Visa Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional guidance and counselling services to students and clients seeking to study, work, or settle abroad. You will play a key role in assisting clients through the visa application process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed counselling to students and clients about overseas study, migration, and visa procedures (Australia, Canada, UK, USA, etc.). Assess client profiles, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Guide applicants through the complete visa application process, including admissions, offer letters, GTE, and financial documentation. Stay updated with the latest immigration and visa policies of different countries. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications. Coordinate with universities, colleges, and embassies for application follow-up and processing. Handle queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings professionally and promptly. Achieve monthly targets related to applications and conversions. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. 1–3 years of experience in visa or education counselling (preferred). Strong knowledge of visa requirements and documentation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
