As a Visa Executive at NSK Travel Pvt Ltd in Aundh, Pune, you will play a crucial role in handling visa applications for various international destinations such as Schengen, USA, Australia, Dubai, and the United Kingdom. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your key responsibilities will include processing visa applications, collecting and verifying necessary documentation, completing and submitting visa application forms, tracking application statuses, and providing timely updates to clients. You will interact with clients to offer expert guidance on visa requirements, address queries professionally, assist in preparing supporting documents, and ensure compliance with the latest visa regulations for each destination. In addition to client interaction, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of visa applications, coordinating with embassies and consulates, handling administrative duties such as preparing visa application files, scheduling appointments, and generating reports on application statuses and client feedback. Your role will also involve providing high-quality customer service, resolving issues that may arise during the visa application process, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of visa procedures and requirements for the mentioned destinations, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in visa application software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. While a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, it is not mandatory. Knowledge of additional foreign languages and familiarity with travel and immigration regulations would be advantageous.
