The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in student visa or work permit processing, with sound knowledge of visa regulations and application procedures for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, and others. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire visa application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide end-to-end visa counseling to clients for student, work, and tourist visa categories.* Handle inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins regarding visa options and eligibility.* Assess applicants' profiles and guide them on suitable visa programs and documentation.* Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application forms, financial documents, and SOPs.* Stay updated with changing immigration laws, embassy rules, and visa processing timelines.* Follow up with clients and embassies/VFS centers regarding application status.* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documents, and application progress.* Achieve monthly targets for successful visa applications and client conversions.* Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, documentation, operations) for smooth processing.---*Required Skills & Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Administration, Arts, or Business).* 1–2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role within the immigration industry.* Good understanding of visa procedures for countries like UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe, etc.* Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously.* Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online visa portals.---*Salary:* [Insert Range – e.g., ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives*Benefits: Performance-based incentives, career growth opportunities, and training support.
