Team Leader – Visa Counselling 💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Full-time) 📍 Location: Mohali Role Summary: Lead and manage our team of visa counsellors and telecallers. Oversee client experience, drive conversions, and ensure smooth visa/registration guidance operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities of counselling & calling staff Monitor performance and ensure monthly targets are met Provide expert guidance on UK, Ireland, Australia, and NZ visa/registration processes Coordinate with admissions, documentation & legal teams Prepare weekly performance reports Conduct training and maintain service quality Experience Required: ✅ 3–5 years in visa counselling/study abroad/recruitment ✅ Team handling experience is a must ✅ Confident, organized, and fluent in English & Hindi/Punjabi 🧑‍💼 2. Visa Counsellor 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience Responsibilities: Guide clients on international work/registration pathways Assist with documentation, CVs and application forms, and visa applications Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records Maintain high-quality counselling and conversion standards Eligibility: ✅ Graduate; background in overseas education preferred ✅ Excellent communication skills ✅ At least 1 year of counselling experience preferred ☎️ 3.
