Visa Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and result-driven Visa Consultant to guide clients through the entire visa application process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visa procedures for various countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Schengen), excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple client cases with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding student visas, tourist visas, work permits, and immigration programs
• Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa options based on individual profiles
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications along with all required documentation
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and third-party service providers as needed
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and visa requirements for different countries
• Assist clients with interview preparation and pre-departure formalities
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the CRM system
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (degree in International Relations, Law, or similar field is an asset)
• Proven experience in visa consulting or immigration services (1+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international visa processes and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• High level of attention to detail and client service orientation
• Proficiency with office software and CRM tools

Preferred Qualities:

• Certification in immigration or visa consultancy
• Experience working with student visa applications
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹11,900.79 - ₹40,015.12 per month
