• Application review and assessment:
• Carefully review all visa applications and supporting documents as per the prescribed checklist
• to ensure accuracy and completeness of Visa Files.
• Document verification:
• Verify the authenticity of the applicant's information and documents, as per the Visa rules of the
• respective countries.
• Conducting interviews (if needed):
• Interview / communicate with visa applicants (if needed) to gather additional information and
• clarify details, to avoid delay/rejections.
• Client support:
• Act as a point of contact for clients/ Students, providing guidance and assistance throughout
• The application process includes the final receipt and visa approval.
• Administrative duties:
• Manage and document all aspects of the visa process, handle correspondence, and maintain
• case files.
• Liaison and investigation:
• Liaise with other departments at Edu Globe Seven and stakeholders to achieve business goals
• objectives and conduct integrity checks or investigations when needed.
• Stay updated:
• Keep current with all relevant immigration laws, policies, and guidelines to ensure accurate and
• efficient processing. Liaison with the concerned consulate for visa-related formalities.
• B. Required qualifications and skills of a Visa Consultant
• Education:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree. Any certification in a relevant field will be added advantage.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in visa processing or immigration services is often preferred. The candidate
• worked in Cyprus, the UK, and Australia, visa processing (especially for student visas) will be
• preferred.
• Attention to detail:
• A high level of accuracy is crucial for reviewing documents and application details. In case of
• rejection due to any deficiency, immediate action is to regularise the deficiencies.

Customer service:

Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary for assisting clients

professionally.
