Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mapusa for a Visa Consultant, Air Ticketing Consultant, and Tour Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling visa consultation and processing, managing air ticket bookings, and organizing customized tour packages. Daily tasks include consulting clients on visa and immigration issues, liaising with airlines and hotels, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements. Effective communication and a customer-focused approach are essential.

• Handle visa applications for multiple countries, ensuring proper documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest visa rules, embassy guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Assist travelers with 

  visa appointments, form filling, submissions, and follow-ups

  .
• Provide guidance and solutions to clients for smooth travel experiences.
• Coordinate with the internal travel team to integrate visa processing with Air Trip’s services (FIT, MICE, tours, cruises, etc.).
• Maintain records and ensure timely updates to clients.
• Prior experience in 

  visa consulting / travel agency operations

   preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation & embassy requirements.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for the travel industry.

• Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
