Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition

    : Reach out to potential clients and assist them in opening Demat accounts using the BlinkX application.
  • App Downloads & KYC

    : Ensure that clients successfully download the BlinkX app, complete the registration process, and finish the KYC verification to open their Demat accounts.
  • Lead Management

    : Utilize the provided leads efficiently to meet or exceed daily and monthly acquisition targets.
  • Client Interaction

    : Provide clarity and answer queries from potential clients regarding the Demat account process and benefits of stock market investments.
  • Record Maintenance

    : Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, account openings, and follow-ups.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills

  • Understanding of Financial Products

    : Basic knowledge of Demat accounts, stock markets, and investment terms such as Nifty 50, Sensex, Stocks, etc.
  • Tech-Savvy

    : Comfortable using mobile applications and basic digital tools to facilitate the account opening process.
  • Customer Focused

    : Ability to build rapport with clients and guide them through the account opening process.
  • Target-Driven

    : Able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets with a focus on performance and quality.

Key Interview Questions:

  1. What is a Demat Account, and why is it important?
  2. Can you explain what the Share Market is and how it works?
  3. What do terms like Nifty 50, Stocks, Sensex, and SEBI refer to?
  4. Provide an example of basic math calculations like 20% of 100.
