Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Virtual Recruiter specializing in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The Virtual Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions. The role involves technical recruiting as well as identifying and engaging with potential candidates using various platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring
• Skills in IT & NON IT Recruitment
• Proficiency in using various sourcing and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
