Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Virtual Assistant to support our business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and exceptional English communication abilities to interact with client and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling across different time zones
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets
- Handle communication tasks with professionalism and clarity
- Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and follow-ups
- Perform online research and provide summarized insights
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent command of English communication (both written and verbal is top priority)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail
- Flexible to work in New Zealand business hours
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of business correspondence and client communication etiquette
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack
