🚀 The Role


This isn’t a typical assistant role — think of it as a blend of executive support, recruitment magic, and creative operations.


You’ll be:


  • The right hand to the Managing Director – helping with priorities, projects, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Recruitment wingwoman/wingman – supporting sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Email whisperer – drafting clear, polished emails that sound human (not robotic!).
  • Marketing helper – assisting with campaigns, job posts, and content that showcase our brand.
  • Admin pro – managing calendars, organizing documents, keeping systems in check, and generally making things run smoother.


This is a dynamic, high-trust role where you’ll be given direction but also the freedom to take initiative and make things happen.



💡 About You


We’re looking for someone who is:


  • Based in India (remote role)
  • Experienced as a Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Assistant, or similar support role
  • A natural communicator (your written and spoken English should sparkle ✨)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and excellent at juggling multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in PST hours
  • Tech-savvy (familiar with LinkedIn, job boards, and productivity tools)
  • Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest better ways of doing things


Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to recruitment (Canada/US experience is gold!) or marketing.
