Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Client Support & Communication

  • Respond to emails, messages, and client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
  • Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings as required.

2. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Maintain and update client records, project trackers, and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as per team requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data handled.

3. Online Research & Information Gathering

  • Conduct market or client-specific research and share insights with the team.
  • Gather competitor or product data for internal strategy discussions.

4. Calendar & Task Management

  • Assist in managing daily schedules and follow-ups for assigned team members.
  • Send reminders for meetings, deadlines, and tasks.

5. Project Assistance

  • Support ongoing projects by tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Help in preparing checklists, progress reports, and status updates.

6. Tools & Platforms Support

  • Learn and work with internal tools such as CRM, HRMS, or ticketing platforms.
  • Maintain logs of support tickets and ensure closure within defined SLAs.

7. Content & Social Media Support (if applicable)

  • Assist in drafting email templates, social media posts, and basic content.
  • Help schedule posts and monitor engagement across platforms.

8. Professional Etiquette

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Follow organizational policies and take feedback positively.
