We are hiring a Villa Experience Female Manager for V Escapes in North Goa handling 2 properties. Person will be reporting into V Escapes head based out of North Goa.
Should be presentable and well spoken in English and Hind (Konkani would be an added advantage) . Should have her own accommodation and transportation. Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role would be ideal.
Roles & Responsibilities
Guest relations
- 0% guest escalations
- To greet guests with warmth having the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Ensuring guests are taken care of as per company standards while providing acceptable solutions for guest complaints/issues adhering to company policies
- Encouraging guests to give feedback & reviews online
- End to end co-ordination for all guest related requirements
Itinerary planning & concierge
- Pre-planning the itinerary with guests on WhatsApp groups, noting down their preferences (food, alcohol, activities) and providing suggestions based on the same.
- Assisting guests with table bookings, spa/salon appointments, day trip planning, activities within + outside the villa and any such ad hoc requests.
- Monitoring itinerary closely making sure everything is ready as per schedules and being prompt in making adjustments for any last minute changes/cancellations.
Revenue generation
- Encouraging guests to indulge in a variety of experiences at the properties..
- Business development by doing tie ups with restaurants, spas and other experiences.
- Keeping cost and wastage under control.
Inventory control
- Maintain groceries stock and replenish as per requirement in liaison with chefs + finance.
- H/K supplies, villa amenities, guest experience items, miscellaneous stock upkeep and maintenance.
- Maintain minimum stock and order as per requirement in liaison with purchase manager + finance.
- Keeping cost and wastage under control.
Internal coordination
- Kitchen monitoring, staffing, ensuring timely food services.
- Daily HK checklist to be maintained along with quality & hygiene checks done.
- Assigning driver duties as per guest requirements, making sure cars are kept clean and ready.
- Grooming checks to be done for all the staff (drivers, H/K, kitchen) making sure they are following the highest level of personal hygiene.
- Maintain low attrition within the contractual staff.
Upkeep of the villa
- Daily checks to ensure proper and efficient working of the property and its amenities.
- Coordination with vendors for repairs & maintenance at the villa.
- Keeping a track of AMC, yearly subscriptions, servicing etc ensuring timely renewals.
- Supervising the work & checking to ensure proper solution is provided.
- Highlight urgent/long duration work to management & schedule repairs as per booking schedule
