About the Role

The Villa Interior & Functional Consultant will guide clients through the complete interior design and material selection process. This role involves assisting clients in finalizing design concepts and choosing materials such as tiles, sanitary fittings, doors, paints, and other finishes. The consultant ensures that all selections reflect the project’s design vision, meet quality standards, stay within budget, and deliver high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients in selecting interior finishes and materials aligned with project design concepts.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and the operations team for smooth project execution.
• Present material samples and coordinate showroom visits when required.
• Ensure all selections are within the approved budget and meet specification standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client approvals and design selections.
• Provide functional and aesthetic suggestions to enhance interior spaces.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients during each project phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior coordination, client consulting, or design execution (preferably in residential/villa projects).
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong eye for detail and balance between functionality and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or 3D tools is an added advantage.
