Job Summary :

The Villa Associate is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort in assigned villas. In addition to housekeeping duties, the associate will assist in preparing and serving breakfast for in-house guests while ensuring quality, hygiene, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties :

• Clean and service all areas of the villa, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure all amenities, linen, and supplies are replenished as per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of villa pantry and storage areas.
• Perform turn-down service (if applicable) and ensure villa readiness before guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items immediately to the supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Prepare and serve breakfast as per guest preference and menu standards (continental/Indian, as trained).
• Ensure breakfast setup is neat, hygienic, and presented attractively.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in the breakfast preparation area.
• Coordinate with the supervisor or chef (if applicable) for special dietary requests or replenishments.

Requirement

• Prior experience in housekeeping or villa operations (hospitality experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of breakfast preparation and food handling hygiene.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours or shifts.
