Vigilance Officer

Job Summary:

The Vigilance Officer is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and reporting any non-compliance or irregularities across departments. The role ensures adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and statutory norms, coordinates with management for preventive vigilance, and recommends corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine checks and surprise audits.

· Investigate reported incidents or complaints.

· Prepare vigilance and compliance reports.

· Coordinate with HR and Legal teams on disciplinary actions.

· Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all vigilance processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Preference: Law or Management background).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in Vigilance, Compliance, or Audit roles.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong investigative and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and reporting ability.

· Knowledge of corporate compliance and audit procedures.

· Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Salary:

Proposed salary range depending on experience.
