As a Videographer/Photographer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic digital team a group of exceptionally creative professionals dedicated to producing compelling visual content. Your primary role will be to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photographic content both in-house and on the ground. Your ability to capture moments that align with our organizational lens is critical in ensuring our message resonates with the masses. Given the fast-paced nature of politics, we operate in a high-energy, round-the-clock environment. Collaboration is central to our work culture, ensuring that tasks are optimally distributed so that every team member has meaningful opportunities to contribute.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute video and photo shoots across various platforms and campaign needs.
Operate professional-grade cameras, drones, and other advanced equipment to capture high-quality visuals in diverse environments.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and campaign strategists to develop compelling video and photo narratives.
Set up and manage lighting, sound, and props to ensure the highest production standards.
Maintain an organized digital archive for efficient access and retrieval.
Lead and coordinate live-streaming activities for events and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 5 years of experience in videography, photography, and live-streaming.
Proficiency in video/photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Expertise in camera operations, lighting techniques, and sound recording.
Strong ability to craft engaging visual stories through video and photography.
Professional fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and English.
Experience with drone photography and videography.
