About the Role

As a Cartoonist/Sketch Artist, you will work closely with our dynamic digital team a group of exceptionally creative professionals dedicated to producing impactful content. Your primary responsibility will be to transform abstract ideas into engaging visual narratives that are easily understood by the masses. Your creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and sense of humor will be essential in amplifying the core messages of our campaigns. Given the fast-paced nature of politics, we operate in a high-energy, round-the-clock environment. Collaboration is central to our work culture, ensuring that tasks are optimally distributed so every team member has meaningful opportunities to contribute.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop motion graphics, animations, 3D renders, and interactive visuals to enhance digital and video content.

Develop cartoons, comic strips, memes, and other visual materials to communicate campaign messages in a witty and engaging manner.

Bring abstract concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Collaborate with motion graphics designers, video editors, and content writers to enhance outcomes

Use art as a powerful medium to amplify people s voices and convey political messaging.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or undergraduate certification in Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia, or Animation (preferred).

1 5 years of experience as a cartoonist, sketch artist, or illustrator in any industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.

Strong understanding of design principles, color grading techniques, and visual storytelling.

Demonstrated ability to create innovative and humorous artwork.

Proficiency in Tamil (Mandatory) and English.

Additional Requirements

A keen sense of humor and an ability to think creatively.

Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create impactful content.
