About the Role

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our dynamic digital team a group of exceptionally creative professionals dedicated to producing impactful content. Your primary responsibility will be to create motion graphics, animations, and 3D visuals that enhance both online and offline campaigns. You will play a critical role in bringing campaign narratives to life through engaging and visually compelling motion design. Given the fast-paced nature of politics, we operate in a high-energy, round-the-clock environment. Collaboration is central to our work culture, ensuring that tasks are optimally distributed so every team member has meaningful opportunities to contribute.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop motion graphics, animations, 3D renders, and interactive visuals to enhance digital and video content.
Collaborate with video editors, cartoonists, and content writers to translate storyboards into visually impactful narratives.
Create real-time 3D renders of event layouts, campaign elements, and campaign trails to support decision-making.
Assist in video editing as required.
Develop and curate special effects and animated graphics to reinforce brand identity.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Motion Graphics Design, Animation, Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Additional certifications in motion graphics design are highly recommended.
1 5 years of experience as a motion graphic designer in any industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom.
Strong expertise in visual editing, storytelling, and animation processes.
Reading and writing proficiency in Tamil (Mandatory) and English.

Availability to travel across Tamil Nadu as needed.
