Job Title: Videographer cum Editor

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer cum Editor to join our team. This role involves capturing high-quality video footage and editing it to produce engaging and visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills in videography and video editing software, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, social media content, event coverage, and training videos.

2. Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

3. Select appropriate equipment, such as cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio devices, for each project.

4. Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on location or in a studio environment.

5. Capture high-quality video footage that meets technical and creative standards.

6. Edit video footage to create compelling stories, using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

7. Add visual effects, graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance the final product.

8. Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all video content.

9. Manage and organize video files, ensuring proper storage and backup procedures are followed.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to videography and video editing.

11. Collaborate with team members, including producers, directors, and other creatives, to brainstorm ideas and execute projects effectively.

12. Meet deadlines and work within project budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

13. Provide input and creative ideas for improving video production processes and workflows.

14. Occasionally assist with other tasks related to multimedia production, such as photography or graphic design, as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

2. Proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.

3. Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

4. Solid understanding of cinematography principles, composition, and visual storytelling techniques.

5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in video production.

6. Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling.

7. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

9. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.

10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in film production, multimedia, communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
