The Passion Project is a full-service communication agency for companies on a mission. We work with bold brands to create high-impact stories—and now, we’re looking for a talented Videographer to help bring those stories to life. Responsibilities Shoot high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, events, interviews, and branded content Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to understand project objectives Handle pre-production planning, including shot lists and location scouting Edit videos for various formats, including reels, YouTube, ads, presentations, and more. Stay updated with video trends, transitions, and storytelling techniques Ensure videos align with brand tone and project goals Manage equipment, lighting, and sound as needed for professional output Requirements 2–5 years of experience in videography and video editing Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles (brand films, reels, interviews, etc.) Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.) Understanding of lighting, composition, and sound Creative eye and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots/projects Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus How to Apply: If this sounds like you, please send your resume, portfolio, and a brief introduction to hr.thepassionproject@gmail.com.
