Video Encoding Specialist

What you’ll do:

Work on
macroblock-level video encoding (16×16) allowing AI managed block mode selection
processing, and motion estimation.
Integrate
AI/ML techniques
into traditional video compression workflows.
Optimize encoding pipelines for
low latency and real-time applications
.

What we’re looking for:

Strong knowledge of
video coding standards (H.264, H.265/HEVC, AV1, VVC)
.
Hands-on experience with
block-based video processing

and mode decisioning
.
Proficiency in
C/C++ (GPU/SIMD optimization a plus)
, with familiarity in
AI/ML frameworks
(TensorFlow/PyTorch).
