Role: Video Producer & Editor (Full-time, On-site)

We are looking for a creative Video Producer & Editor who can ideate, shoot and edit compelling video content based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce engaging video content for marketing and client projects (Podcast, Explainer Videos, Youtube & Instagram Content)
  
• Plan and oversee shoot productions from pre-production (scripting, storyboarding) to execution and post-production.
  
• Lead the creation of high quality video content using cameras, specializing in capturing compelling footage for brands, events and MNCs.
  
• Edit raw footage into engaging videos with strong storytelling and visual appeal which connects with the clients requirement.
  
• Add sound design, color grading, and motion graphics when needed.
  
• Work closely with designers and content teams to deliver impactful multimedia content.
  
• Stay updated with trends and integrate creative, timely ideas into campaigns.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in video production and editing.
• Strong portfolio of corporate, social media, or marketing video work.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
  
• Knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio basics.
