Video Producer & Editor

Roles and Responsibilities

• End-to-end video editing & production from ideation to final delivery
• Edit short and long-form content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, Ads)
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.
• Develop creative storyboards and visual plans
• Plan, set up, and direct video shoots — including lighting, framing, camera work
• Editing with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and tone.
• Oversee post-production — editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and leadership teams to align videos with campaign and brand strategy
• Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all visual storytelling.
• Track performance of video content and continuously improve creative approach based on insights.
• Optimise videos for audience engagement and platform best practices.
• Stay current with editing trends, techniques, tools, and formats.

What you are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in video editing & production/film making
• Strong expertise — Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.
• Excellent storytelling, script-writing, and creative direction skills
• In-depth knowledge of framing, lighting, sound, and post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with text animation and motion graphics.
• Experience working across a variety of video formats — promotional, educational, documentary, social-first
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Portfolio/show reel showcasing a range of work and creative vision
