Job Title: Video Editor – Fresher

About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for freshers who are passionate about visual storytelling and want to build a career in content creation. You’ll be involved in both shooting and editing engaging videos for digital platforms, internal campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Shooting:
• Assist in planning and executing shoots for social media, marketing, and internal events
• Operate basic camera equipment or smartphones to capture high-quality footage
• Coordinate with team members to manage shoot logistics, locations, and setups
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio during shoots
• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using transitions, music, subtitles, and effects
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Adapt videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Organize and manage media assets, project files, and backups
• Collaboration & Ideation:
• Work closely with designers, writers, and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas
• Stay updated with current video trends and platform-specific formats
• Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Familiarity with camera handling, framing, and lighting techniques
• Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and social media specifications
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling instincts
• A sample reel or portfolio (academic/personal projects welcome)
