What We’re Looking For:

• Edit short-form and long-form content (Reels, YouTube videos, brand films, ad creatives)
• Design compelling motion graphics, kinetic text animations, and visual effects
• Work with creative scripts, voiceovers, and b-roll to craft story-driven videos
• Apply modern editing styles that align with social trends and high-retention formats
• Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy team to bring ideas to life
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, polished outputs

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects)
• Familiarity with YouTube growth strategies (hooks, pacing, retention curves)
• Prior work with coaches, creators, or knowledge businesses

Your Responsibilities:

• Craft long-form YouTube videos and short-form Reels/Shorts from raw footage
• Add text animations, transitions, sound effects, B-rolls, when needed
• Work alongside scriptwriters, directors, and social strategists to match content intent
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high creative quality
