Video Editor & Videographer

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor / Videographer to produce high-quality, engaging video content from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both capturing professional footage and transforming it into a polished, compelling final product.

Key Responsibilities

Videography (Pre-Production and Production)

• Concept & Planning: Collaborate with the creative team/stakeholders to conceptualize, storyboard, and plan video shoots based on project goals (e.g., marketing, events, training).
• Equipment Management: Transport, set up, and operate various production equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound recorders, and microphones.
• Filming: Capture high-quality, dynamic video footage on-site or in-studio, ensuring technical and artistic standards are met for composition, lighting, and audio.
• Direction: Direct non-professional talent (e.g., employees, clients) during shoots to elicit the desired performance and content.
• Maintenance: Troubleshoot, clean, and maintain all video and audio equipment to ensure proper working order.

Video Editing (Post-Production)

• Editing: Review raw footage, trim clips, and assemble the final sequence, ensuring logical flow, continuity, and pacing to tell a cohesive story.
• Enhancement: Manipulate and edit film pieces, including color correction/grading, sound mixing/balancing, and adding special effects, motion graphics, and titles.
• Audio Integration: Select and input appropriate music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
• Feedback & Revisions: Create 'rough cuts' and final versions, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
• Optimization: Export and optimize final video files in various formats and resolutions for specific platforms (e.g., social media, website, internal use, broadcast).
• Archiving: Organize and manage all project files, raw media assets, and video libraries for easy retrieval.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,712.84 per month
